1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (treats, food, supplements)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos  of the item (if damaged or defective)

Our team will respond within 1 - 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 –5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service we are not responsible for lost return packages

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at info@mypetoffer.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos for verification.

5. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@mypetoffer.com. We will send the correct item and cover all return shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or variant, subject to availability. To request an exchange, email us at info@mypetoffer.com
